| Heute habe ich meine erste QSL Karte bekommen. Und dazu noch eine ganz besondere: Von der Internationalen Raumstation ISS. Diese kann man bekommen, wenn man erfolgreich eine APRS Nachricht zur ISS gesendet hat und diese repeated und auf der Erde wieder empfangen wurde. (2-Wege-QSO). Ich möchte hier kurz beschreiben, was man dafür tun muss. | Today I received my very first QSL card. And even more a special one: From the International Space Station (ISS). 1) Eine APRS Nachricht zur ISS senden – Send an APRS message to ISS

2) Nachweis ausdrucken – Print evidence

Wurde die Nachricht erfolgreich repeated so muss man einen Ausdruck der Rohdaten von http://aprs.fi und / oder http://ariss.net ausdrucken. Auf beiden Seiten verschwinden die Daten mit einiger Zeit, also am Besten direkt nach dem erfolgreichen Kontakt ausdrucken. | Once the message was repeated by the ISS you need to print the raw data from http://aprs.fi or http://ariss.net for evidence. Also write down the exact date and time you worked with the ISS |

3) QSL-Karte an den QSL Manager der ISS schicken – send QSL card to QSL manager of ISS

| Die Adressen und alle weiteren Informationen findet man auf www.ariss.org/qsl.cards.html. Auf der QSL Karte werden natürlich Daum und Uhrzeit in UTC vermerkt, sowie der Hinweis, dass es sich um eine APRS-Nachricht gehandelt an. Außerdem muss der Ausdruck der Rohdaten, ein adressierter Rückumschlag (S.A.S.E.), sowie 2 EUR oder 2 USD mit in den Umschlag. Das ganze dann an die o.g. Adresse schicken und dann geduldig abwarten. Bei mir hat es ca. 1 1/2 – 2 Wochen gedauert. | The address and everything else you need to know can be found at www.ariss.org/qsl.cards.html. I sent my QSL card with date, time and APRS as QSO type to the QSL manager. I also added the printed raw data and a self addressed envelope (S.A.S.E.) and 2 USD and sent it to the adress mentioned on the ARISS-website. After about 2 weeks I received the card. |
